Yu Bosphorus is a contemporary residential development inspired by the topography of the Bosphorus, the fluid nature of water, and the continuity of the coastal skyline. The project is developed through a holistic design approach that reinterprets the relationship between city, space, and nature, establishing a strong connection with its context while offering a high quality of life at the human scale.

The design is based on orientation toward Bosphorus views and a fragmented mass organization. The initially proposed monoblock scheme has been transformed through mass manipulations into a permeable layout that establishes a strong relationship with the view. By shifting the volumes relative to one another, both privacy between units is ensured and each residence benefits from the Bosphorus view at the highest level.

Penthouse units and rooftop terraces designed at upper levels enhance the panoramic view advantage, while projections on the façades add rhythm and depth, enriching the architectural character. Diversified plan typologies—ranging from loft apartments to terrace residences—respond to different user needs, offering a varied living experience. Natural light and cross ventilation are also key design criteria that support indoor comfort.

Landscape design is integrated with the architecture; green courtyards, gardens, and social open spaces are planned as areas where users can connect with nature. Swimming pools and social amenities are conceived not only for recreation but also as elements that enrich the spatial experience.

Yu Bosphorus aims to offer a high-quality and contemporary living environment aligned with the Bosphorus skyline through its fragmented mass organization, view-oriented layout, and user-focused spatial design.
