Algün Ataşehir

Located in Ataşehir—one of Istanbul’s rapidly developing and transforming districts—the project is designed as a contemporary mixed-use development that brings together residential, commercial, and office functions. Its relationship with the area’s dense urban fabric and strong transportation connections positions the project not only as a living space but also as an active part of the city.

In the overall layout, two residential towers and one office block are organized on a shared podium. This platform creates a vibrant urban ground floor that integrates with surrounding pedestrian movement through its commercial units. Thanks to its permeable relationship with the street, cafés, markets, and various retail spaces form a public band that supports the continuity of daily life.

The residential towers present a strong architectural character defined by wide balconies and a fluid façade language. Continuous terraces along the floors give the structure a dynamic silhouette while strengthening the connection between users and outdoor space. Large glass surfaces maximize natural daylight within interiors and establish a strong visual connection with the surrounding views.

The office block, on the other hand, is designed with a more transparent and rational façade composition, creating a balanced mass relationship with the residential towers. With its active public ground floor, contemporary architectural language, and mixed-use approach, the project aims to offer a high-quality urban living environment integrated into the evolving urban fabric of Ataşehir.
