Algün Beylerbeyi

The Algün Beylerbeyi Project is designed as a residential development composed of low-rise housing blocks that integrate with the natural topography, located in a commanding position overlooking the unique silhouette of the Bosphorus in Istanbul. Planned in two phases, the project aims to establish a layout that allows uninterrupted views of the Bosphorus.

The slope of the land is treated as one of the main determinants of the design; building masses are placed in a stepped formation that adapts to the topography. Through this approach, each residential unit establishes a strong visual relationship with the view, while natural light, air circulation, and privacy are carefully balanced between the blocks.

The architectural language is defined by fluid façade lines and expansive terrace surfaces. Continuous balconies and terraces along each level provide the structure with a dynamic silhouette while strengthening the connection between users and outdoor space. These areas are conceived as semi-open living spaces that make the Bosphorus view a natural part of everyday life.

The landscape design is approached as an integral part of the architectural composition; the open spaces between the buildings are enriched with green courtyards, pedestrian paths, and relaxation areas. In this way, the project offers a शांत and nature-oriented living environment within a dense urban context.

With its topography-sensitive layout, low-rise architectural character, and view-oriented design approach, the Algün Beylerbeyi Project aims to present a refined and privileged residential living experience along the Bosphorus.
