The Üçüncü İstanbul Project is a contemporary residential development designed as a large-scale housing settlement and implemented in three phases. The project brings together residential blocks, commercial units, and extensive landscape areas, aiming to create not only a place to live but a holistic urban environment that generates its own social and public life.

In the master plan, residential blocks are positioned to form a strong urban edge defining the boundaries of the site, while the inner areas are designed with expansive landscape zones, recreational spaces, and social amenities that serve daily life. This approach aims to create a breathable, green-focused living environment within a dense residential fabric.

The ground floors facing the main transportation axis are designed to form an ակտիվ urban band with commercial units. Shops, cafés, and various commercial functions along the street meet the daily needs of residents while strengthening the project’s connection with the city.

The residential blocks present a contemporary architectural language with balanced mass proportions and a rhythmic façade composition, while large balconies and openings establish a strong relationship between interior spaces, natural light, and views.

Now completed and inhabited, the Üçüncü İstanbul Project offers a modern and dynamic living environment through its multi-phase layout, commercially activated ground floors, and expansive landscaped areas.
