The Elie Saab Kandilli Residential Complex is an exclusive housing development designed in harmony with the unique views of the Bosphorus and the natural topography of Kandilli in Istanbul. The project aims to offer a privileged living experience by combining architectural quality with a strong landscape design approach.

In the master plan, building masses are positioned in a stepped layout that follows the natural slope of the land. This approach maximizes the residences’ benefit from Bosphorus views while ensuring that the structures are placed in harmony with their surroundings. The generous landscaped areas, walking paths, and relaxation zones between the buildings create a strong continuity of open space throughout the development.

The architectural language emphasizes natural stone surfaces, wide eaves, and large-span façades. Spacious balconies and terraces strengthen the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, integrating residential life with the surrounding landscape.

Central gardens and shared open areas provide spaces where residents can socialize, relax, and connect with nature. With its strong architectural identity and site layout integrated with the landscape and views, Elie Saab Kandilli aims to create a refined and tranquil living environment.
