The Tuzla Aydınlık Evler Residential Project is a contemporary housing development designed with a low- to medium-density settlement approach, aiming to provide a user-oriented living environment. With its horizontally developed layout and human-scale spatial organization, the project seeks to recreate a strong sense of neighborhood.

In the site plan, blocks are arranged around internal courtyards, defining semi-public open spaces. This configuration supports social interaction and neighborly relationships while ensuring a safe and controlled inner living environment. The separation of vehicular and pedestrian circulation allows for safer and higher-quality use of open spaces.

Commercial units located on the ground floors strengthen the project’s relationship with its surroundings and create an active street frontage that responds to daily needs. Residential units on the upper floors are planned to maximize natural light and ventilation.

The façade design adopts a simple, rational, and repetitive language, while variations in color and material provide visual diversity among the blocks. Balconies and openings enhance the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering additional living areas for residents.
