TAF 2023 is a masterplan project designed as a comprehensive commercial and lifestyle hub that brings together trade activities centered around the automotive sector. Incorporating vehicle sales galleries, automotive-themed commercial units, showroom spaces, and related retail functions, the project aims to establish a sector-focused commercial center.

Within the site plan, building blocks are organized in linear formations to create a clear and legible spatial layout in terms of both vehicle access and visitor circulation. While wide internal roads and service axes regulate vehicular traffic, open spaces and plazas that support pedestrian movement establish a strong public connection between different functions. This organization creates a dynamic commercial environment where the automobile takes center stage in the spatial experience.

At the heart of the project, the central public square and mall structure act as the main focal point, bringing together various commercial units. Designed to host events, exhibitions, and automotive-themed activities, this square offers a public space where users can engage not only in shopping but also in social interaction. Water features, shaded structures, and landscape arrangements enrich the open space experience.

The architectural language emphasizes a modular structural system and a rhythmic façade composition. Large openings, transparent display surfaces, and the use of contemporary materials enhance the visibility of commercial units while forming a cohesive architectural identity. TAF 2023 is envisioned as a next-generation, sector-oriented commercial center with its automotive-focused program and strong public space design.
