NEF 03

The Nef 03 project is a single-block, high-rise structure located in the city center, designed for office use. In the mass design, a vertically layered language is preferred. This approach facilitates the perception of the building’s scale while giving the façade a rhythmic character.

The façade system consists of horizontal metal louvers and glass surfaces. This combination aims to allow controlled daylight penetration while minimizing heat gain to enhance indoor comfort. Integrated LED lighting fixtures enable the building’s nighttime silhouette to be adjusted according to different scenarios. This system also allows for customized corporate color applications for its users.

The structural system is composed of reinforced concrete shear walls and a column-beam framework. The structural modulation is designed to allow flexible office layouts within the plan organization. The ground floor and its relationship with the surroundings are resolved to accommodate high user density, with pedestrian and vehicular circulation clearly separated.

Vertical circulation is provided by elevator and staircase cores positioned in accordance with fire safety and accessibility criteria. Mechanical spaces and service areas are organized in a compact and accessible manner within the floor plans.

Energy efficiency is considered throughout all components of the project, with passive design principles and façade performance playing a central role.
