Savur Kandili is located on a site overlooking the Bosphorus, benefiting from the unique advantages of its position and topography. Through a stepped settlement that adapts to the terrain, each residential unit is positioned to directly enjoy the view from different مستويات, maximizing both privacy and the visual experience.

In a dense urban fabric where access to nature is often limited, providing outdoor spaces that enable users to connect with nature has become an essential quality in contemporary residential design. In this context, the private gardens within the project are planned as living areas separated from vehicular traffic, offering safe play spaces for children while encouraging social interaction.

Terraces integrated with each residential unit are conceived as permeable interfaces between interior and exterior spaces. Combined with the canopy elements that define the architectural language of the building, these terraces extend the interior outward while simultaneously offering an introspective experience within the external environment.

The project also emphasizes the use of inner gardens and courtyards. Even below ground level, these courtyards provide natural light and ventilation, ensuring continuity in the relationship with greenery. A user profile that can interact with soil, plants, and nature on every level adds both aesthetic and experiential value to the project.

Water is incorporated as a balancing element within the project’s dynamic living concept. Based on the understanding that homes today should function not only as places of shelter but also as spaces for relaxation, renewal, and well-being, spa and pool areas are designed as modern water environments that support both physical and mental rejuvenation alongside sports activities.

The architectural gateway located at the entrance is conceived as a symbolic element defining the identity of the project. This area, where reception, security, and service functions are addressed, is supported by a layout that ensures seamless access to interior spaces while maintaining user privacy.
