Envoy Vadi is located in Beykoz, Istanbul, on a sloped site of 5,440 m². Rejecting the monolithic construction imposed by the existing zoning plan, it offers a topography-sensitive, permeable, and layered settlement model. While redefining urban density, the project positions building masses by breaking them both horizontally and vertically to optimize views and natural light, creating a living architectural composition integrated with the site.
