The 6,396 m² project site is located at a strategic point in Ataşehir, one of Istanbul’s rapidly developing central districts, aiming to establish a strong urban identity in harmony with the prestigious buildings in its surroundings. The project offers functional diversity across the ground and basement levels, while prioritizing efficiency and flexibility in its mass organization and floor planning.

On the -4 and -3 levels, home-office units facing busy main streets and residential lobbies are designed; the -2 and -1 levels feature a terraced structure rising upwards, consisting of studio and 1+1 apartments. Residential floors starting from the ground level are planned in 1+1 and 2+1 configurations, optimizing natural lighting, ventilation, and user comfort. Volumetric variations between floors break the monotony of the structure, creating a dynamic form and a modern architectural rhythm on the façade.

Terraces and balconies blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, diversifying social living areas; terrace gardens integrated with canopies add both aesthetic and functional richness to the building. Considering the intensity of urban life, social amenities are positioned on the rooftop rather than at ground level, creating spaces for relaxation and interaction with an infinity pool, green gardens, and seating areas.

Linear lighting elements used in the façade design integrate with the city’s day-and-night rhythm, enhancing the building’s visibility and prestige. The entrance gateway architecture emphasizes the building’s identity while ensuring the functionality of security and service areas. These elements stand out as architectural expressions that strengthen the project’s presence within the urban context.

The project is conceived as a distinctive and dynamic urban structure that reflects the brand value of its location on one of Ataşehir’s key arteries, combining functional diversity, environmental harmony, and a contemporary architectural language.
