Bodrum Luna

Bodrum Luna is a contemporary residential development composed of low-rise housing units, inspired by Bodrum’s natural landscape and Mediterranean lifestyle. The project has been designed with consideration for the region’s topography and climatic conditions, aiming to create a balanced living environment that establishes a strong connection with nature.

Within the site plan, residential units are positioned in a linear arrangement that follows the natural slope of the terrain. This approach ensures a balanced distribution of building density while strengthening each unit’s relationship with daylight, views, and natural ventilation. The spaces between buildings are enhanced with landscaped areas and water elements, ensuring continuity of open spaces.

The architectural language of the project combines Bodrum’s traditional stone texture with a contemporary design approach. Natural stone cladding, expansive glass surfaces, and simple geometric forms give the development both a modern and contextually harmonious character. Spacious terraces and open living areas create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, offering a lifestyle suited to the Mediterranean climate.
