In the Vesen Tuzla project, the positioning of the buildings is designed to transform the sea view into a spatial quality. Each living unit is arranged to establish both visual and sensory contact with the Marmara Sea, aiming to offer users a lifestyle closely connected to the water at all times of the day.

Great care has been taken to preserve the natural elements specific to the site; the existing tree texture is integrated into the landscape design, creating not only an aesthetic but also an ecological richness. Social facilities and open-space amenities are positioned along a central green axis that is accessible to pedestrians, supporting user movement and interaction.

This planning and design approach translates a sensitive relationship with the natural environment into architectural language, while offering a high-quality public space experience where users can establish strong connections with social life.
