Envoy Vadi Project is located in Beykoz, Istanbul, on a 5,306 m² sloped site along the main axis connecting Paşabahçe and Polonezköy. Unlike conventional housing models, the project is based on a terraced massing strategy integrated with the topography. Instead of a monolithic approach, fragmented and stepped building masses are preferred, allowing the design to adapt to the natural slope while maximizing the relationship between the buildings and the views.
