The project is positioned between the historic center and the developing Airport City axis, reinterpreting Belgrade’s fluid geography and layered urban memory.
The dynamic topography at the intersection of the Danube River and the Sava River transforms the idea of urban continuity into a formal principle.

While the existing fabric of New Belgrade is defined by its angular, monolithic, and neutral character, Sky Garden proposes a contrasting morphology that is fluid, organic, and alive.
The massing gains a sense of formal dynamism inspired by the flow of the rivers and the innovative spirit of Nikola Tesla.

At ground level, a permeable public spine strengthens social life through a sequence of streets and plazas, while the elevated Sky Garden ensures recreational continuity with green walking paths, cycling and running tracks, and play and sports areas.
The mass organization is optimized considering solar orientation, prevailing winds, and view corridors.

Curvilinear terraces are conceived not only as façade elements but as spatial extensions that establish a seamless continuity between interior and exterior spaces.

Sky Garden is designed as a multi-layered urban ecosystem built upon the continuous interaction between architecture, nature, and social life—
a new, fluid, and green layer added to Belgrade’s skyline.
